Gisela Niemeier passed away end of December 2015. She was always a dynamic partner for the partnership between the Kreis Herford and Voiron. She was active to help organizing the first visit in 1984 of young women from Voiron willing to improve their German at Herford and she was always involved in the exchanges between our towns. All those who knew her will remember her with her energy and her gentleness - we will miss her!
